Audio cassettes recorded by Ray Freeze in Mayo communities of Mexico, chiefly Los Capomos, Sinaloa. One tape purports to have been recorded in Borabampo, Sinaloa. Another tape (recorded on June 2, 1978) appears to have a sample of Nahuatl recorded in Atliaca, Guerrero. The audio quality for most of these recordings is rather poor.
