| Descripción | In this recording appears an interview with three siblings, the last speakers of Tseltal in Villa Las Rosas: María, Lucía e Idelfonso. In this interview they tell their life stories and talk about economic activities that they used to conduct and that they continue to practice today. They also tell stories about some national personalities and about how they were seen here by the people. They also relate some legends, myths and beliefs that were held and are still held by the people of the village, in particular in relation to witchcraft and feared animals. They also tell how some traditional cures are performed. |
