DescriptionErnesto Migliazza’s field notes taken at fazenda Boa Esperança, Roraima, Brazil, in 1958 include the text of a song (teke bike ‘Our garden’), the transcription of items of Swadesh 100-word list (with notes), the text of a tale (jaule lemeky ‘The opossum and the turtle’), and part of a mythological text (‘The manioc’). The text of the song was obtained from Maria Magalhães (ca. 1914-ca. 1984) (who can be heard singing parts of the same song in the file QAA001R004I002 at 36:15). The remaining material was obtained from her brother Sinfrônio (Kuluta) (ca. 1919-ca. 1999) and was also audio recorded by Migliazza in file QAA001R004I002.
