Description | A girl menstruates for the first time and goes to the garden with her mother. She goes to check the cunuri fruit, encounters a deer, and goes away with him. She becomes his wife and has a baby. She returns several times to her mother's house with the baby, who appears human but has the feet of a deer. Over time, the girl too transforms into a deer; thus deer are 'people' and the Dâw eat deer very rarely. |
